Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the --vibeui-buttongroup-038-* variables. It is a server component: both buttons are real type="submit" ones with the same name and different values, so the browser submits the pair of only the button that was pressed. This is the only way built into HTML to tell "save" from "save and close" apart. The primary button comes first in the DOM: on Enter in a form field the first submit button is submitted, and that has to be the safe action. Both buttons are the same colour, and the seam between the fills is drawn with an inset box-shadow — a border at the joint would give a dark line. The root is not a form: the component has to be inserted inside somebody else's form.
