Anchored Hints

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the --vibeui-buttongroup-056-* variables. It is a server component: the choice is held by radios inside a fieldset. A hint is usually positioned absolutely inside the segment — and is then clipped by the very first ancestor with overflow. CSS anchor positioning is used here instead: anchor-name is declared in the :hover / :has(:focus-visible) rule, so at any moment there is exactly one anchor and the shared technique works without unique names per segment. Everything is wrapped in @supports (anchor-name: …): without support the hint stays absolutely positioned under the segment rather than running off into a corner of the screen. The hint is marked aria-hidden — the same thing is already said by the segment caption.
