Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-cascader-010-* variables. Client-side: the indices of the chosen department, team and person live in useState. The levels are laid out as horizontal rails with scrolling, so the cascader needs no height for three lists and reads from left to right. Changing a rail above resets the selection below — otherwise a person from another team stays on screen. The chosen person is shown as a card: a pill has no room for the role and the path down to it. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the panel has no surface of its own by default, it sits directly on the page background and darkens with it.
