Chart
Line Chart
A line chart in plain SVG: the path is computed from an array of points on the server. No charting library and no client JS — it renders before hydration and prints correctly.
What you can change
- the points array: a label and a value per point
- title — the chart heading
- unit — the unit beside the large current value

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-chart-001-* variables. The line and fill paths are assembled from the points right in the markup: the values are normalised to a 320×120 area, and the floor is lowered by a quarter of the spread below the minimum so that the line does not rest on the axis. The stroke width is not distorted by stretching thanks to vector-effect: non-scaling-stroke. The whole chart is a figure with a figcaption and an aria-label on the svg. Motion: the line reveals left to right, the gradient fill follows, the peak pops in, the last point pulses; hovering any point shows a crosshair and the value — an HTML layer of hit targets over the stretched SVG, no JS; reduced motion shows everything at once; animate=false turns it off.
