Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-chart-019-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The top of each axis is rounded by niceCeil to 1 / 2 / 2.5 / 5 × 10ⁿ, so the ticks are labelled with round numbers. The Y axis caption is rotated along it with transform: a horizontal one would eat a third of the card's width. The dots are translucent so that overlaps read as density. The data is mirrored in a visually hidden table with both coordinates. Motion: dots pop in one after another, hover shows the point's label; reduced motion shows everything at once; animate=false turns it off.
