Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, the palette in --vibeui-chart-024-*. Server component, no client JS. Unlike the vertical waterfall, here the rows are the budget lines and the value scale runs along the top: long line names do not have to be squeezed into vertical text. Inflow and outflow colour the bar by the sign of the value rather than by the line name — an outflow cannot accidentally be made green. A dashed connector joins the end of one bar to the start of the next one vertically. Motion: budget bars grow one after another, connectors draw in; reduced motion shows everything at once; animate=false turns it off.
