Technical notes
The section is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, palette in local --vibeui-cta-anim-001-* variables. It takes the theme from the environment via light-dark() plus a rule for the .dark class. container-type makes the block its own query container: the heading size is computed in cqi from the block's width. The background glow is a blurred radial gradient behind the content that breathes in opacity and scale in an infinite loop. The heading, subtext and buttons fade+rise in with an increasing delay when the section mounts. Everything stops under prefers-reduced-motion.
