Testimonials

Even Testimonial Grid

An even grid of testimonial cards: every quote carries the same weight, the author sits at the bottom and the source is named — a testimonial without a source reads as marketing copy.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • eyebrow and title — the eyebrow and the section heading
  • the items array — the quote, name, role and source of every testimonial
  • the accent through the accent prop — it colours the eyebrow, the initials and the hover border

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ

How do I add Even Testimonial Grid with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Even Testimonial Grid depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: card-027, heading-001.
What can I change in Even Testimonial Grid?
Adapt: eyebrow and title — the eyebrow and the section heading; the items array — the quote, name, role and source of every testimonial; the accent through the accent prop — it colours the eyebrow, the initials and the hover border. Keep as installed: the card-027, heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-testimonials-002-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-card, border-border and the like); the source badge on every card: without it a testimonial reads as marketing copy.
Is Even Testimonial Grid free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

A composite block: imports card-027, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The block is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-testimonials-002-*. A server component. The number of columns is computed from the block's own width: one, two, three. The card is a flex column where the quote stretches and the caption is pushed to the bottom, so cards in a row look identical no matter how long the text is. The markup is semantic: every testimonial is a <figure> with a <blockquote> and a <figcaption>. Initials instead of photos: a stock face in a testimonial is noticeable and hurts trust.
