Scrolling Testimonial Marquee
Two testimonial marquees running toward each other: hover pauses the motion, reduced-motion stops it. Self-contained: one file, no dependencies, the motion is pure CSS.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the items array — quote, name and role; the block splits it into the two rows itself
- the eyebrow and title copy
- the accent through the accent prop — it colours the eyebrow and the initials backdrop

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ
- How do I add Scrolling Testimonial Marquee with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Scrolling Testimonial Marquee depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: card-042, heading-001.
- What can I change in Scrolling Testimonial Marquee?
- Adapt: the items array — quote, name and role; the block splits it into the two rows itself; the eyebrow and title copy; the accent through the accent prop — it colours the eyebrow and the initials backdrop. Keep as installed: the card-042, heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-testimonials-007-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-card, border-border and the like); the opposing directions and different durations: synchronized one-way rows read as a single looping element, not a stream of testimonials.
- Is Scrolling Testimonial Marquee free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports card-042, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The block is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-testimonials-007-*. A server component; the motion is pure CSS. Each marquee track holds two copies of the row (the second is aria-hidden) and animates translateX(-50%): as the first copy leaves, the second takes its place, so the loop is seamless. The rows run toward each other at different speeds, hovering pauses the animation, mask gradients dissolve the edges, and prefers-reduced-motion stops the marquees entirely.
