Testimonials

Segmented Testimonials

Testimonials sorted by audience segment: startups, agencies, product teams. The tabs run on radio inputs without a line of JS. Self-contained: one file, no dependencies.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • the segments array — the segment label and its quotes (name, role, text)
  • the eyebrow and title copy
  • the accent through the accent prop — it colours the eyebrow, the active tab and the initials

Anatomy

Testimonials as tabs by audience segment, two quotes each

Text density: medium

Built from

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ

How do I add Segmented Testimonials with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Segmented Testimonials depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: card-043, heading-001.
What can I change in Segmented Testimonials?
Adapt: the segments array — the segment label and its quotes (name, role, text); the eyebrow and title copy; the accent through the accent prop — it colours the eyebrow, the active tab and the initials. Keep as installed: the card-043, heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-testimonials-012-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-card, border-border and the like); the radio inputs with :has() instead of useState: switching has to work without JS, otherwise the block stops being a server component.
Is Segmented Testimonials free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

A composite block: imports card-043, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The block is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-testimonials-012-*. A server component: the tabs are built on radio inputs inside labels and :has() selectors — switching segments works without JS, and the keyboard gets the radio group's arrow keys for free. The active tab is filled with the accent and near-black text; a panel is shown by the rule ":has(input[value=N]:checked) → panel N", with up to four segments supported. Each segment holds a grid of two figure quotes.
