How do I add Active Chips with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Active Chips depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Active Chips?
Adapt: the chips array: groups, values and their order; the total counter text above the row; the resetLabel button caption. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-filters-002-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-muted, border-input and the like); the group name inside the chip: "under 5000" means nothing without the word "Price"; the remove button labelled with group and value rather than "remove" — aloud it is otherwise unclear what comes off.
Is Active Chips free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

This command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-filters-002-* variables. Client-side: "use client" for the sake of removing conditions. A chip shows the group and the value together, and the remove button's label names the whole condition rather than a number. The result counter sits in aria-live="polite": it changes from the user's own actions. The «reset all» button appears from two chips onwards — on a single one it duplicates the cross.
