A numeric table where decimal separators line up: every cell is a grid of sign, integer part and fraction, and the minus hangs to the left without shifting the digits.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its palette in the --vibeui-table-016-* variables. A server component: the totals are computed at render, and there is no state. A number is split by the split() function into the sign, the integer part and the fractional part, and the markup places them in a grid of three columns of 0.75ch / 1fr / auto — the column boundaries are shared by every row, so the separators line up and a hanging minus does not shift the digit groups. The minus is the typographic "−" sign (U+2212) rather than a hyphen: it is wider and reads as a minus. A negative value is tinted, but the meaning is carried by the sign itself, not by the colour. The digit groups are separated by a narrow no-break space, and the font is set in tabular-nums.
