Technical notes
A server component, there are no hooks. The bar is read peripherally, so the hints are separated by a gap alone: a border around each pair turns a utility line into a button panel. Every pair is marked white-space:nowrap, so when width runs short the bar wraps whole hints rather than tearing "↵ select" in half. The alignment is switched by the data-align attribute (start, center, between), the density by data-size. The keys are set with the kbd tag. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the component has no background by default, it sits directly on the page background and darkens with it, and a panel is switched on by the background prop.
