Link Badge
A link badge: it detects an external address itself, sets target and rel, and adds to the accessible name that a new tab will open.
What you can change
- the address through href
- the new-tab note through hint
- the link text through children

Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the palette in the local --vibeui-badge-016-* variables. Server rendered: no hooks. The root is a real a tag, so a middle-click, "open in a new tab" and the address preview in the status bar work by themselves. An external link is detected by an http(s) scheme in href: its mark changes (an outward arrow instead of a right arrow), target=_blank and rel=noreferrer noopener are added, and the hidden hint caption goes into the accessible name — a screen reader does not read the icon. The arrow shifts by one pixel on hover: the motion is switched off by a prefers-reduced-motion rule.
