Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the palette in the local --vibeui-badge-014-* variables. Server rendered: no hooks. The whole look is derived from a single number: the hue prop is put into --vibeui-badge-014-hue with an inline style, and the border, the text and the surface are assembled by the oklch function with that hue — the palette does not have to be kept as a table. The surface is deliberately not transparent but its own in each light-dark() branch: the outline has to lie on the tone rather than on a random page background, and in the dark theme it is darker than the border. The dashed flag turns the border into a dashed one and mutes the tone, so a draft differs from a final one by the shape of the line, not only by colour.
