Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the palette in the local --vibeui-badge-024-* variables. Server rendered: the expansion is held by the native details/summary pair, so there is no useState here, no handler and no use client directive. The details element itself is declared a flex container: the summary and the expanded tail become its items and line up in the same row rather than as a block below it. The triangle marker is removed (list-style:none plus a rule for WebKit), and the "+4" caption is replaced with "Collapse" by the [open] selector. Keyboard support, focus and the announcement of the expanded/collapsed state come from the browser for free.
