Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the palette in the local --vibeui-badge-021-* variables. Server rendered: no hooks. The data-env attribute changes not only the colours but the shape: on prod a clip-path cuts the corners off and the border is removed (the outline would be cut along with the corner anyway), on stage the radius goes to a pill, and on dev the border becomes dashed. The font is monospaced and set in upper case with letter-spacing: the environment label reads as technical rather than as a record status. In a screenshot in a bug report the colour is the first thing lost while the silhouette remains — mistaking the environment costs more than any other labelling error.
