Multi-select with chips: a picked row stays in the list with a check mark, a counter holds the limit, and Backspace in an empty field drops the last chip.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own --vibeui-combobox-003-* palette. Client component: useState holds the array of selected items, the query and the cursor. The list is declared aria-multiselectable="true", and every row carries aria-selected according to the actual selection and draws its own check mark. Unlike a tag picker, a selected item is not removed from the list: pressing it again clears the selection in the same place where it was made. The chips lie in a shared field with the input, and the focus ring is put on the field through :has(input:focus-visible). The maxSelected limit blocks further additions and hides the placeholder, and the counter in the header is declared aria-live="polite".
