Keyboard Tooltip
A tooltip that opens on hover and on keyboard focus alike. The second half is usually forgotten, which leaves the hint unavailable to half the users.
What you can change
- tip — the hint text: one short phrase
- children — your trigger: a button, an icon, a word in a sentence
- side: top or bottom, depending on where there is room

For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-001-*. The appearance rests on :hover and :focus-within of the wrapper, so no JS is needed and the component stays a server one. The tail is a rotated square in the same colour. The bubble is marked role="tooltip" and has an id: link the trigger to it through aria-describedby. With no children passed, a placeholder button is drawn — it exists only for the preview.
