For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-004-*. It is a server component: the opening rests on :hover and :focus-within of the cell rather than of the panel — otherwise hovering the panel would open every tooltip at once. The panel is declared role="toolbar", every button has an aria-label, and the visible tooltip is marked aria-hidden so that the name is not read twice. The side it opens on is switched by the side prop.
