For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-016-*. It is a server component: the hint is bound to :focus-visible of the select itself through the general sibling selector (~) rather than to :focus-within of the wrapper. The browser marks focus on a select as "visible" only when it was reached by keyboard — a mouse click sets no such mark, so the hint opens exclusively while tabbing. For a text field this technique will not work: on text inputs focus is always "visible".
