The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-009-*. It is a server component: the delay sits only in the open-state rule through transition-delay, while the base rule zeroes it — that is why the appearance waits and the disappearance happens at once. The delay length lives in --vibeui-tooltip-009-delay and arrives through the delay prop, so JS timers are not needed. The tooltips are bound to their own cells, so hovering a neighbour does not open the whole row.
