The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-017-*. The row gets tabIndex={0} because truncated text is not focusable on its own, by mouse or keyboard — without that attribute the tooltip would only be reachable by a cursor. Appearance is held by :hover and :focus-within on the row wrapper, so no JS is needed and the component stays a server component. The tooltip is marked role="tooltip" and tied to the cell through aria-describedby, and its width matches the row (width:100% of [data-part="item"]) rather than the viewport, so a nearly full-width row never widens the page on a narrow screen.
