Vet clinic navbar: transparent over the hero, live “open now” status

A sticky header for a clinic or salon in a strict style: a paw in a thin ring, a letter-spaced name, a light-weight menu. The hours status computes from the visitor's time — “open until 21:00”, “closing in 40 min” or “opens at 9:00”. With overlay the header is transparent at the top of the page and the first screen starts at the very top; on scroll it shrinks into a glass bar. Phone, booking button, burger on narrow.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
