Add-ons Builder

A plan builder on checkboxes: every add-on carries its price in its own row, and the total adds up in place and is announced aloud.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • the eyebrow, title and note copy
  • the baseName and basePrice of the base plan and the currency
  • the addons array: id, title, description, price and the preselected flag

Built from

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ

How do I add Add-ons Builder with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Add-ons Builder depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: button-016, heading-001.
What can I change in Add-ons Builder?
Adapt: the eyebrow, title and note copy; the baseName and basePrice of the base plan and the currency; the addons array: id, title, description, price and the preselected flag. Keep as installed: the button-016, heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; "use client" at the top of the file: without state the checkboxes never recalculate the total; real input type=checkbox elements: the spacebar, the state and the screen-reader announcement come from the browser rather than being faked.
Is Add-ons Builder free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

A composite block: imports button-016, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. A client component ("use client"): the sum is computed in place. One file, zero npm dependencies, the --vibeui-pricing-014-* palette, a light base. The checkboxes are real ones rather than squares on a div: the spacebar, the state and the grouping come from the browser, and a checkmark of its own is drawn over them with a pseudo-element through :has(input:checked). The add-on rows are <label> elements, so they are clickable as a whole. The right panel echoes the selection line by line and totals it with aria-live. The layout: a column up to 52rem, two columns from 52rem through a container query.
