Receipt Total
A total laid out as a till receipt: line items, discount and tax on their own rows before the total. Suits a cart or a checkout page. Change the items, the sums and the currency.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the merchant, documentNumber and date in the receipt header
- the lines array: title, detail and amount of every item
- the labels and values of subtotal, discount, tax and total
Built from
The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ
- How do I add Receipt Total with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Receipt Total depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: button-016.
- What can I change in Receipt Total?
- Adapt: the merchant, documentNumber and date in the receipt header; the lines array: title, detail and amount of every item; the labels and values of subtotal, discount, tax and total. Keep as installed: the button-016 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the monospace type and tabular-nums: on a receipt that is how the addition gets checked by eye, not a decorative flourish; the discount and tax on their own lines before the total: «tax included» in fine print breeds disputes and refunds.
- Is Receipt Total free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports button-016 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. A server component, one file, zero npm dependencies. The --vibeui-pricing-015-* palette, a paper base. The monospaced type and tabular-nums line the sums up in a column by digit place — on a receipt that is not styling but the way the addition is checked by eye. The line items are marked up as a <dl> of pairs. The top and bottom edges are cut out with repeating radial gradients through mask-image with mask-composite: intersect; in browsers without composite support the mask simply produces no cut-outs and the receipt stays whole. The block width is deliberately narrow: a receipt must not stretch across the whole page.
