Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-carousel-007-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The root is declared a container and the layout lives on the inner card: a container query applies only to descendants. A frame takes a third of the width, and half of it in a narrow column. The scroll snapping is soft (proximity) so that browsing does not jerk.
