Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-empty-007-*. Server-side: no hooks, the detail disclosure is held by native details, so no client code is required. The block is declared role="alert". The mark is drawn with pseudo-elements, and the code and the error text are set in a monospace font with white-space:pre-line.
