Technical notes

The component is client-side: useState keeps the isDragging flag, toggled by the onDragOver, onDragLeave and onDrop handlers on the root block — the border highlight changes in real time, not only once a file has been dropped. The files are passed outwards through onDropFiles, and parsing the FileList stays with the calling code. The button is a second door into the same action for those who do not drag with a mouse. The icon is an inline svg, and the padding is computed from its own width through @container.
