Accordion
Checklist Accordion
An onboarding checklist accordion: numbered steps, checks on the finished ones and a progress bar computed from the steps themselves. The first unfinished step starts open.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the steps array: a title, the body, the done flag and a hint
- title — the heading above the list
- progress — what the header shows: bar, count or none
A link for your AI agent: preview, code and instructions.

FAQ
- How do I add Checklist Accordion with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Checklist Accordion depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Checklist Accordion?
- Adapt: the steps array: a title, the body, the done flag and a hint; title — the heading above the list; progress — what the header shows: bar, count or none. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-accordion-006-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-card, border-border and the like); the native details/summary: replacing them with buttons and useState gives up find-on-page, keyboard behaviour and pre-hydration state; computing the progress from the steps array: a separate number next to a list will drift apart from it sooner or later.
- Is Checklist Accordion free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.
For developers
npx shadcn@latest add https://vibeui.club/r/pro/accordion-006.jsonThis command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-accordion-006-*. The progress is computed from the steps themselves rather than given as a separate number — it cannot drift out of sync with the list. Native <details>/<summary> hold the disclosure. The checklist has no fill: it is held by its border over the page background, and the theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(). The header can be reduced to the counter or removed entirely with the progress prop. Padding and type size are computed from the component's own width through @container.
