Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-collapsible-005-*. It is a server component: there are no hooks. A shared name attribute on all the details turns them into a radio group — only one stays open, and the state is not duplicated in React. The step number is drawn by a CSS counter on summary::before, so reordering the steps array changes the numbering right away. The open step is highlighted by the circle fill through the details[open] selector.
