A file tree that shows what changed: a file carries a status mark in both a letter and a colour, and a collapsed folder carries the count of changed files inside it.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-tree-010-* palette. A server component: a native details holds the disclosure, so the tree works before hydration. A file's status is carried two ways at once — a letter in the mark and a colour: colour alone is indistinguishable under colour blindness, and a screen reader only gets text, so a hidden expansion sits next to the letter. The folder count comes from the tally walk over the whole branch rather than the first level, so a collapsed folder honestly says whether there is work inside. A deleted file is struck through as well. File names are set in a monospaced face: in a list of paths that is the only way to line up extensions. The tree is marked up as role=tree with explicit aria-level.
