Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-avatar-002-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks. The initials lie underneath as an absolutely positioned backdrop and the photo is a layer on top with alt="", so a failed load leaves the backdrop rather than a broken-image icon. The name is exposed as a hidden line for a screen reader. The size is set by a single variable, --vibeui-avatar-002-size, and three ready-made values are selected by the data-size attribute. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the dark branch is not an inversion of the light one — the circle fill, the rings and the statuses each have their own pair of lightnesses.
