A list of participants in two states: circles and lines of different length while it loads, then the same rows with people, pixel for pixel.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-avatar-008-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks. The shimmer is a moving linear gradient at 200% width, and the delay is set per row through nth-child. The container is declared role="status" with aria-busy and a caption. Under prefers-reduced-motion the animation is removed and the shapes are filled with a flat tone. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the dark branch is not an inversion of the light one — the circle fill, the rings and the statuses each have their own pair of lightnesses.
