A stack that spreads open to show everyone: the expansion hangs on hover and on focus alike, because a keyboard has no hover.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-avatar-031-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks, the spreading is entirely in CSS. The overlap is set by a negative margin expressed as a fraction of the size, so a single number governs both the density and the width of the row, and the spreading is that same margin going to zero with a transition. The spreading hangs on :hover and on :focus-within: there is no hovering on a keyboard. Every face is a separate button with an accessible caption: a circle covered by half cannot be clicked. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the dark branch is not an inversion of the light one — the circle fill, the rings and the statuses each have their own pair of lightnesses.
