Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-toast-002-* variables. Client-side: "use client". The remaining time is kept in milliseconds and decreased by a 100 ms interval; the pause lives in a ref, so hovering causes no re-render. The message is declared role="status" with aria-live="polite".
