Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-toast-022-* variables. Client component. The mute checkbox takes effect on close rather than on tick, so ticking and changing your mind costs nothing. A closed message leaves a restore line behind, because «never show again» does get pressed by accident.
