Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local --vibeui-toast-025-* variables. The thumbnail is an image falling back to the item name's first letter when imageSrc is unset or fails to load (the same trick as the avatar in toast-015). The component only displays the toast: the queue, auto-hide and removal are the caller's job via onClose.
