Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-toast-005-* variables. Server-side: the native <details> holds the disclosure state, no handler is needed. The summary marker is removed through list-style:none and ::-webkit-details-marker, so the line looks like a link but remains a disclosure control. The card is declared role="alert": the error is read immediately. The left edge is painted in the error tone — the colour is duplicated by a glyph and by words, not by the fill alone.
