Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-toast-024-* variables. Client component. The shared share is computed over the steps of all tasks rather than over their count: averaging per task lies when the tasks differ in size. The list stays collapsed while everything runs. The outcome does not hide failures — the bar changes colour and the footer names how many there were.
