Split Image Hero
A hero split in half: copy with a checklist on the left, a full-height image on the right. Suits a service landing page. Change the headline, the list items, the buttons and the image.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the eyebrow, title and lede copy, the labels and hrefs of the primary and secondary CTAs
- up to four bullets in the checklist
- the imageCaption text in the corner of the picture

FAQ
- How do I add Split Image Hero with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Split Image Hero depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: button-016, heading-001.
- What can I change in Split Image Hero?
- Adapt: the eyebrow, title and lede copy, the labels and hrefs of the primary and secondary CTAs; up to four bullets in the checklist; the imageCaption text in the corner of the picture. Keep as installed: the button-016, heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the exact half-and-half split from 56rem: shifting the proportions turns the block into an ordinary split with a card; the image without gutters or rounded corners, flush to the section edge: that is what sets this block apart from hero-002 and its framed window.
- Is Split Image Hero free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports button-016, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. A server component, one file, zero npm dependencies. The --vibeui-hero-010-* palette, and the theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(); there is no backdrop by default — the text half sits on the page background, and the backdrop is set with the background prop. The right half is a <figure> with a background of two radial gradients and one linear one, a slanted cut on clip-path and two circles; it is the image, it stays coloured in both themes, and the slot for a real photograph is laid out — it is enough to put an <img> into that same slot. The layout: one column below 56rem, two equal ones from 56rem, with the figure stretching to the full height of the section. The image caption is a <figcaption> over the bottom left corner.
