Hero

Two Paths Hero

A hero with a fork instead of a single button: two equal path cards, each with its own three-item list and its own link. Neither path is picked out in colour, and the section follows the surrounding theme.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • the eyebrow, title, lede and footnote copy
  • the contents of both paths: title, description, points and the href
  • the action caption in each card

Built from

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ

How do I add Two Paths Hero with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Two Paths Hero depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: heading-001.
What can I change in Two Paths Hero?
Adapt: the eyebrow, title, lede and footnote copy; the contents of both paths: title, description, points and the href; the action caption in each card. Keep as installed: the heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the equality of the two paths: the moment one is picked out by colour or size, the fork turns into a pricing table with a recommended plan; the stretched ::after pseudo-link: the whole card is clickable, yet the accessibility tree still holds one link per path.
Is Two Paths Hero free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

A composite block: imports heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. A server component, one file, zero npm dependencies. The --vibeui-hero-016-* palette is built on light-dark(): a neutral light base and a separate dark pair where the card is lighter than the background and the border lighter than the card. There is no backdrop by default — the section lies on the page background, and the background prop turns it on and sets color-scheme according to the lightness of the given colour. The card is clickable in its entirety thanks to the stretched ::after pseudo-link on the <a>, yet the accessibility tree gets one link per path rather than three. The focus ring is drawn on the card through :focus-within, so keyboard navigation is visible even though the link itself looks like ordinary text. The icons are inline SVG, different for the two paths. From 40rem the cards stand in two columns through a container query.
