Hero
Light Hero
A light hero for a landing page: cream paper, a warm glow under the headline, large type and two buttons. It stays light even when the site is dark. Change the headline, the subtitle, the buttons and the accent colour.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the eyebrow, title, titleAccent, lede and note copy
- the button captions and destinations: primaryLabel, primaryHref, secondaryLabel, secondaryHref
- the accent colour through the accent prop — the glow, the underline and the button fill all derive from it
Built from
The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ
- How do I add Light Hero with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Light Hero depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: button-016, heading-001.
- What can I change in Light Hero?
- Adapt: the eyebrow, title, titleAccent, lede and note copy; the button captions and destinations: primaryLabel, primaryHref, secondaryLabel, secondaryHref; the accent colour through the accent prop — the glow, the underline and the button fill all derive from it. Keep as installed: the button-016, heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the light palette: the block is meant to be a sheet of cream paper and never flips to a dark branch — do not move its variables onto light-dark(); the color-scheme:light declaration on the root: without it the browser paints focus rings and text selection from the dark branch on a light background.
- Is Light Hero free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports button-016, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. A server component, one file, zero npm dependencies. The --vibeui-hero-018-* palette is written out in explicit oklch values rather than light-dark(): lightness is the point of the block, so on a dark page it stays a sheet of cream paper. For the same reason color-scheme:light is declared on the root — otherwise the browser would paint focus rings and text selection from the dark branch on top of a light background. The background is decorated by a single [data-part="canvas"] layer: two repeating linear gradients draw a 4rem grid, a radial-gradient in mask-image fades it towards the edges, and ::after lays a warm accent glow under the headline. The text colour on the accent button is derived from the lightness of the accent itself through oklch(from …), so a light custom accent never produces white on yellow. The headline is set in clamp(2rem,7cqi,4.25rem) against the block width, and the titleAccent tail is underlined by a soft linear-gradient. The buttons carry min-height rather than height: a long translation wraps to a second line instead of spilling out. Frame padding grows through container queries at 40rem and 64rem.
