Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, palette in the local --vibeui-nativeselect-005-* variables. Server component: the only hook is useId, the identifiers of the two fields are derived from a single root. In a filter row a field must not look like a form field: the border is transparent and appears on hover and focus, and the width of the select is left auto — the browser takes it from the longest option, so the row does not stretch. The caption sits to the left of the field and stays a real <label> with htmlFor: the link to the field matters more than compactness. The row wraps (flex-wrap), so on a narrow screen the caption-field pairs stack one under another.
