Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, palette in the local --vibeui-nativeselect-007-* variables. Server component: the only hook is useId. The size is expressed by a data-size attribute on the root, which overrides four variables: the height, the type size, the padding and the side of the arrow. The rules of the field are written once and read those variables, so a new step is four lines rather than a copy of the component. The right padding of the field is computed by a formula from the padding and the arrow side, so the text does not slide under the arrow on any step, and the arrow itself is centered by an offset of half its own side.
