No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Loading Select?
Adapt: the field caption through label; the waiting state through loading; the waiting text through loadingText. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-select-007-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; aria-busy together with disabled: a screen reader has to know the field is busy, not broken; the text beside the spinner: a spinning ring alone never says what is being waited for.
Is Loading Select free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

Server component with a loading prop. While the list is on its way the select is disabled and marked aria-busy, and instead of the arrow there is a spinner: a ring made of a conic-gradient with a cut-out through mask — no SVG and no icon package are needed. The status line is declared role="status". The skeleton is animated by shifting background-position. Both animations are turned off by the prefers-reduced-motion rule. The palette lives in --vibeui-select-007-*.
