Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, the palette in the --vibeui-stepper-009-* variables. Server component: no hooks, the expansion is decided by the step number rather than by a click. The code sits in pre + code with tabIndex={0}: without focus a long command cannot be scrolled from the keyboard, and horizontal scrolling stays the only way to see it in full. The dark code block carries its own background and monospace font variables, so it does not depend on the project's theme. The current step is marked aria-current="step", the states are captioned with the words "Done / Now / Ahead", and the line on the left is coloured only along the completed stretch.
