Project Milestones
A project timeline where milestones are not equal to ordinary entries: a milestone gets a diamond and a bold date, and on a wide block the dates move into their own column.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the heading through title
- the entries through points: date, title, note and the milestone flag
- the accent colour through accent
A link for your AI agent: preview, code and instructions.

FAQ
- How do I add Project Milestones with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Project Milestones depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Project Milestones?
- Adapt: the heading through title; the entries through points: date, title, note and the milestone flag; the accent colour through accent. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-timeline-004-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the diamond on a milestone: what matters must differ in shape, not only in colour; the layout driven by the block's own width — window width would make the catalogue tile lie.
- Is Project Milestones free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.
For developers

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, the palette in the local --vibeui-timeline-004-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The layout is computed from the block's own width through container-type: inline-size, and the @container rules sit on the inner [data-part="shell"] and its descendants — a container query does not apply to the container itself. A narrow block gives one column with the date above the title, a wide one gives a three-column grid where the dates line up on the right edge and the list reads as a calendar. A milestone differs by marker shape (a square rotated by 45°), not by colour alone. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the block has no surface by default, it sits on the page background and darkens along with it.
