Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-alertdialog-013-* variables. Client-side: "use client" for the sake of the reason choice. The reason is a native select with an empty first option, the button waits for a choice, and the comment is tied to its explanation through aria-describedby. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the palette holds separate light and dark branches, and the component does not ship a dark theme of its own.
