Feedback Dialog
A feedback dialog: the rating is words rather than stars — a bare "three" means nothing to the person answering or to the one reading the answers.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

- scale — the rating labels from worst to best; three or five of them
- the title, description, fieldLabel and placeholder copy
- the submitLabel and skipLabel wording

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-dialog-013-*. The rating is a row of native radios inside labels, and the selected one is highlighted through :has(input:checked); the radios themselves are visually hidden but stay in the flow and remain reachable from the keyboard. The comment field is optional and stands after the rating: one tap first, words second. The palette has been moved to light-dark(): the window follows the surrounding color-scheme, and the background prop changes the surface of the window and the buttons.
